L’acidità che innalza la nota espressiva olfattiva, la tannicità, che reca l’impressione della polposità dell’uva, la rotondità della bacca matura, che tutto implica in bilanciata morbidezza espressiva. Poi la fittezza, che come la nitidezza della trasformazione rende la concentrazione e la purezza della materia prima. Una composta di polpa di mora nera speziata, che sferica rifulge del suo aroma primo. Uno fra i migliori Chianti Classico in assoluto, chapeau.”
